Halloween

This year for Halloween we hung out at our ward party. Shawn and I are on the activity commity and were in charge of a carnival game. The lady that is our chairman is AMAZING. She does such a good job and everything is very detailed. Our game was gooey treasure hunt. The kids had to dig for spiders in a couple of different things. One bowl had water marbles (they are pretty cool if you haven't felt them), pumpkin guts with jello (pretty slimy), and noodles with tapioca pudding. It was a huge hit.

Of course the whole ward dressed up and there were some pretty amazing costumes. I went as a witch, Shawn was Joe Dirt, and Tayven was a skunk. I am always calling Tayven my little stinker, so when I saw the outfit I loved it and it was sold when I saw what was on his little behind! (Check out the picture below)!

They gave out awards and my family was pretty popular. My mom, dad and Tayven all won awards in different categories. So Fun!!

Our other Halloween celebrations included carving pumpkins with Shawn's sister, Jody, and her kids one night, and celebrating my mom's birthday.
