So, this weekend was the first weekend in a long time that I didn't have something going on. It felt nice to get some work done around the house (inside and out), and the weather actually cooperated!! There was no wind and no snow, although it could have been a little warmer.

Competition season is over for dance. The girls did really well at all four of the competitions. Our recital is the second weekend in May and then tryouts are the last weekend. Classes won't start again until September, so we will have a nice break!!

With our busy lives Shawn and I hardly see eachother, but enjoy ourselves when we are together. We traveled to Utah four weekends out of five in March and April, so it was nice to get away for the weekends. Shawn is fully recovered from his surgery now, so he is back to work. He has finals coming up, so he has been busy studying to get ready for those. He is planning on taking an eight week math class this summer to stay on track.

May is going to be a crazy month for us. We have the recital, tryouts, we are talking in sacrament, I'm the co-chairman for Enrichment night, and I should have all of my girls camp stuff pretty much finalized.
