All of our family was here last week for our reunion up in Island Park. We rented a cabin right on the reservoir and it was perfect! We started out on Wednesday with almost everyone there. We went over to Big Springs to see the BIG fish. The kids fed the fish and put their feet in the FREEZING cold water.
Thursday morning we got up and floated down a section of Henry's fork. We had quite a few rafts and tubes for the four hour journey. Later that afternoon we went back to the cabin and played on the water tramp for a bit.
Friday morning we headed up to West Yellowstone to go to the IMAX and to the bear and wolf exhibit. Shawn and I had recently been there, but it was nice to go again. Us girls sent all of the children and men home while we checked out some shops in town. Once we got back, we took some family pictures, and after all the kids were down that night, us adults played some BINGO!
Saturday was our day to hang out and do whatever we felt like doing. Shawn and I decided to drop our raft below the dam and relax a little. Later we had a UFC challenge with the kids and Shawn went out and threw his line in for a bit.
Sunday morning we got up and dug in some saw dust for some prizes. Melany had a round for the kids with lots of candy and money and then a round for the adults with $$ and gift cards. I ended up winning 20 bucks out of the pot!! On our way home we stopped by Mesa Falls.
