I was tagged by my sister-in-law, J'Lyn for this one. Here are the instructions

1) Go to your picture folder, or wherever you store your photos on your computer

2) Go to the sixthfolder and pick the sixth picture

3) Post it on your blog and tell the story that goes along with the picture

This picture was taken when Shawn got his gallbladder removed. He had been having some pains in his stomach for a few days when they finally decided to test his gallbladder. He had it removed and a couple of days later he got bronchitis. I felt so bad for him while he laid on the couch and tried to cough but couldn't because it would hurt his incisions.
